12/30/14
Today was good. I had a dentist appointment, and all was good. I enjoyed some time on the computer. Then there was the last Christmas get together. I wrote about Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in the adventure blog, but didn't publish. Tomorrow I'll finish up since all is done. The last Christmas get together was fun. I pulled up the N64 and we played OG Mario Party and OG Smash Bros. Fun time. Later.

12/28/14
Today was fun. Yesterday I visited my grandparents. That was fun. After visiting them, we went to a local pet store and bought us a new hamster. We worked with the store person to find the cuddliest, calmest hamster they had. It was either a Siberian Panda Bear hamster, or a Teddy Bear hamster. The Teddy Bear was a little calmer, and our last hamster was a Siberian Panda Bear hamster, and that would have been a little much for us. We would have compared him to Swiffer. Well our new hamster is really great. His name is Epsilon. This is interesting. While we were looking at them, there was the puppy adoption event that was happening. We were helping socialize the puppies by holding them and just enjoying their cuteness. Unfortunately that really freaked out the hamsters. They smelled the dog, and freaked out. I didn't know hamsters screamed when they felt threatened. Well Ep. is just enjoying our house. We're working on socializing him. Later.

12/26/14
Happy boxing day, whatever that is. I had an allergist appointment and waited for an hour. I also got zeldamaster93 a target gift card. I also went to a birthday party for one of my high school friends mom. It was a fun little get together. I also tried some of the jerky I got for Christmas. Oh this is some of the best jerky I've ever had. Later.

Merry Christmas
Hey all, today was Christmas. I spent a lot of time with family. It was fun. I'll give you a full blog probably tomorrow. But here's a non-christmas story. The night before, I "woke up" at 2:30 AM sleepwalking in the middle of my room. My brother asked me what I was doing and I said, "I need to do something with the bitcoin faucets." He said "what you need to do is go to sleep." I did. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.

12/24/14
Hally Christmas Eve. Today was fun. We exchanged gifts with my grandparents because we always celebrate with them either the day before or the day after Christmas. Then we went to mass. It was Christmas Eve mass. Then we rushed to Kroger to try to find sweet potatoes, because we need them for a dish we are making for a party tomorrow. Unfortunately Kroger was closed. So we ate our Chinese food dinner, like most people do on Christmas. I called a local Meijer to see if they were open. They were open till 7PM. It was 6:30 and Meijer is 20 minutes away. Mom and I rush out, and we get there in like 15 minutes. We had 15 minutes to spare. I rush in and grab 4 sweet potatoes and get in line. Mom gets in and looks at the ones I grabbed. She said I should get another just in case. I then hustle back over to produce to get another sweet potato. I'm weaving in and out of people. When I get back in line, mom says "get another sweet potato." I weave in and out again. Wow, fun stuff. Not much happened after that, except for watching A Very Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas on FXX. I need to do a review of that, especially considering that it was a TV edit. All the big swearing was replaced with "little kid swears." Quite funny, and more entertaining than listening to sailor mouth stoners. More details on the Christmas festivities once I get the full annual Christmas blog up. Later.

12/23/14
Today was good. I had fun with my brother. We delivered Christmas goodies, went to Sonic for some lunch using a coupon, and we were going to go to microcenter to see about getting his laptop fixed, but then it was to crowded, so we went to the mall that's right across the street to be mall rats for an hour. Oh yeah, my mom woke up to her facebook account being hacked. She had me fix the problem. I reset her password and logged her out of all devices. I'm working on uploading a podcast, so that'll be added to the main site once it finishes publishing. Later.

12/22/14
Today was good. I hung out with my brother. We went to a Mongolian buffet and did holiday chocolate dipping. Just a fun, almost lazy, day. Played some animal crossing and did bitcoin faucets. Later.

12/20/14
Today was fun. I played some Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon and watched Sailor Moon. Then at about 7:30 I hung out with mskate and we went to open skate. I've never been ice skating. However, I did roller blade in my youth, and ice skating is very similar to rollerblading. I got on the ice and I'm like "hey I know how to do this generally." I only fell 3 times, twice on my butt and one on my face. The butt times were practice, the face one was me miscalculating the thrust I needed for my center of gravity placement. Once mskate sends me the video of me skating, I'll share it with you. Also, my brother just got in. Looking forward to seeing him. Later.

12/19/14
Today was a fun day, lazy day. I enjoyed hulu and Bayonetta. Bayonetta on the Wii U is the only way to properly enjoy it. How am I so confident, even though I've never played it on PS360? I have 4 reasons and 2 words, "Nintendo Costumes," Peach, Daisy, Samus, Link. The contrast and sexy of those iconic Nintendo characters in this game is amazing. Also, I invested pretty much all dollar of bitcoins I own in the pyramid scheme, and I think it'll help out. Also I'm trying a cloud mining service that gave me a promotional amount of hash. Later.

12/18/14
Today was fun. I went to the Salvation Army, and found a Super Scope 6. It didn't have the sensor or the game, but it had the box and the scope. I got it for under the fair market value. Then I saw ZeldaMaster93. He was streaming so I "swotted" him. I saw he was streaming, so I grabbed a fly swatter, went over to his house, knocked on his door, and said "you're being swotted." The best thing is that he had his wireless headset on so the 7 viewers were able to hear "what the f***...you're being swotted here is my fly swatter." Lol. Real swotting is serious and you should never do it. It's dangerous and a waste of tax payer dollars, but fake swotting where you show up surprisingly at your friends door with a fly swatter is funny. I went to my old high school's band concert and saw some old friends. Later.

12/17/14
Today was fun. I had an orthodontist appointment. That's not the fun part. Wouldn't that be weird. After the orthodontist, I went to see big hero six with my grandpa. You can read my review here. After the movie, we had Taco Bell. Yum. I ran my ads on daily bitcoin. That site blows through the small budget like no tomorrow. Maybe you can catch one of my ads here. Later.

12/16/14
Today was pretty good. I finished following up on job fair leads. I got my hair cut. I filmed a little fake commercial. Basically it. Later.
Sunday, December 14, 2014
12/14/14
Today was a nice 3rd day of vacation. I basically watched some TV, engaged in some bitcoin faucets, and the like. I also am trying my hand at a bitcoin investment firm, thing. It says 1.5% interest daily. Based on business math, that's like over 20,000% effective yearly interest. Crazy. Later.
Friday, December 12, 2014
12/12/14
Today was a day for much needed rest. After marathoning 3 months of school work, I finally had a day to watch TV and play videogames. Quite a great day. Played Bayonetta and watched Hulu mainly. Later.

12/10/14
Yay, last final done. Oh it felt good to get it done. I made a little update vlog for bitlanders. Now I'm just enjoying some break. I was going to film a happy gamer video on the component cables for PS2, but just to busy relaxing. Later.
Tuesday, December 9, 2014
12/9/14
Today, well 3 down 1 to go. Today I ate a sub from subway for breakfast. Ham, Pepperoni, and pickles. Yum. I did OK on my entre 3 final. I wasn't able to complete it, so that sucks. Then I spent hours studying for my dynamics and OP tests. Dynamics was today. I pwnd it. 2 hour exam, finished it in 1 hour. Now I'm working on staying alive. 1 more exam. I will make it. Later.
Monday, December 8, 2014
12/8/14
First test done. 1 down 3 to go. I'm feeling confident in 2 of the 3. The 3rd is scary. I had econ for my first final. I was only able to complete 80% of it, because my professor makes tests that he intends you not to finish. After the final I worked on getting a final project done. Then I did a little studying. Then I took a much needed break. Later.
Saturday, December 6, 2014
12/7/14
Today I locked myself in my room and studied for finals. Today it was my hardest class and easiest class. When going over the hard subject, I reached some stuff that requires the use of excel. I had a thought of "well maybe I won't need to know this on the final because I need software." I laughed for 5 minutes because that was the stupidest thing I thought in a long time. If this was my first class and first test with this professor, that would just be naive. However, this is my 3rd class with this professor and like 8th test with him. At this point it's stupid to think "he can't honestly expect us to do this by hand," because he does. I worked for like 12 hours today. Later.

12/5/14
Today, well I turned in the big lab. Did I tell you about how I had a major lab and I cheated sleep? Well I'm going to retell it, because I like the story.
So I had a major lab due. Big BIG project, worth like 1/5 of my grade in the class, and I was having trouble verifying what was happening. I checked and rechecked my calculations, all of them were fine. I checked the crystal ball assumptions, and they seemed fine, but I just couldn't get it to work. Well, I spent hours working on it, staying up until 4AM getting charts and compiling data. At one point, I ingested so much caffeine that I saw the 4th dimension. I couldn't really comprehend it, but I'm pretty sure I saw the 4th dimension. Well I fell asleep at about 5AM and woke up at 8AM. Luckily we didn't really learn anything in class today because I wasn't 100% there. Crazy. But I'm so glad that it's done with. The paper was over 200 pages long. We didn't hand in a report, we handed in a book. Damn. The rest of my day was good. It was innovation day at my college. This is where the design classes show off their semester long projects and try to get people to "invest" in their product using play money. I saw some good products, a couple of which I would buy if made available. Later.

12/4/14
I have concurred sleep. Today was meh. I did laundry because I ran out of clean clothes. I worked on my lab. I just can't get type 2 to work. So I decided to just run opquest and get that. I'm pretty sure I'm doing the opquest wrong, but it's better than nothing. I had dynamics and we badically went over stuff to review for the final. Then when working on the write up for the lab, I had lots of caffeine to keep me going. The initial rush, I could see sound. I saw colors I didn't know existed. I was speaking in tongues. It was crazy. Now, I've settled some, but I'm still keeping it flowing because I need it. It's due tomorrow and there's still a lot of things to finish up. Later.
Wednesday, December 3, 2014
12/3/14
Well, I can get about half the last end of the project to work. There's going to be some BS in this report, because I can't get it to work, and I doubt I'll get it to work in 2 hours if I couldn't get it to work after 8 hours. Almost done. Had Entre, Econ, and OP. Did some stuff with senior design. After admitting almost defeat on the project, I watched Pulp Fiction. Well, only the Vincent and Jules stuff. One day I might make my own cut of Pulp Fiction with only the Vincent Jules stuff. Later.

12/2/14
Soon it will be done. About 1 more week. Today was kind of hard. I watched some senior design presentations, and that was good. I then worked for hours on homework. Oi. I then had dynamics, and that was fine. My professor finally remembered to bring his spool so we could see that if you actually pull from the bottom the spool will roll up. It was cool. I then worked some on my senior design project. Did some tests, gonna revolutionize an industry. You know, just college senior things. Then I worked on another project. Of my partners brought a 6 pack of beers to the meeting. We're not at like in a dorm or some private section of an empty campus building, we're in the middle of the lower level of the library, probably the most busy area of the library, just drinking some cold ones while working on a project. We're over 21 so it's not like it's illegal or anything, it's just a little out of the ordinary. Oh college. Later.

11/30/14
Well, today was interesting. For starters, someone tripped the fire alarm last night at 2AM. I was asleep. Wow. Then I went to church. The dining halls were closed. I worked on a project, got pretty far in it. Then I spent 6 hours watching californication and playing 2048. Wow. Sometimes I hate myself with things like that. Oh well. Later.

11/23/14
Today was kind of crazy, just annoying. Before I talk about my boring day, here's something that happened after getting into bed after doing the safe ride thing. It's like 4AM, and someone tries to open my door. I don't have it deadbolted but I had it chain bolted. I instinctual looked the guy right in the eye and and yelled "holy shit." This happened in the span of 2 seconds. Then after like 30 seconds it set in what just happened. Then fight or flight adrenalin kicked in and my heart was racing. Oh it was crazy. Well fast forward to 11 AM and I still want to sleep but the sun. I read my wall street journal and the goal assignments and did my entre 3 homework. I did some dynamics homework. Then I went to late mass at 5:30. After church I worked on entre 3 homework. Now I'm just trying to relax. I tried playing street fighter x mega man, but the keyboard sucks for platformers. When I get home I'm going to try connecting my PS3 controller and see if it can actually play. Later.
11/22/14
Today was eh, bland. I worked on homework all day. ALL DAY!. Then I did the safe ride thing and that was fun. Now I crash and goth e buhwert

11/21/14
Today was a little crazy. Pretty normal Friday in that I had econ, entre 3, OP, and met with my senior design group. Well then there was the TBP meeting. In fact it wasn't very crazy, it's just that I'm going crazy. Oh I'm so ready for Thanksgiving. Later.
Wednesday, November 19, 2014
11/19/14
Today, almost there. I had econ, entre 3, and OP. I worked some on senior design. Oh I'm ready for it to be done. Later

11/18/14
Well today we had a snow day. Unfortunately for me, Tuesdays are my easy days. I have my dynamics class, and it's the easiest class I have. Normally on snow days, I play videogames and make videos. Unfortunately since today is my easy day, I had to work on homework and projects. Oh well. I didn't leave my dorm untill it was time to work on homework. I would have filmed my happy gamer review of the PS2 component cable, but unfortunately, no time. Oh well. I'm also trying a bitcoin faucet. I found one that has decent payouts, but the sites suck in terms of how they have pop up ads. Later.
Monday, November 17, 2014
11/17/14
Today, well I hate my OP class. Econ and Entre 3 were fine. Then in OP, we got our lab back. I got a 40% on it. Why? Because I got marked down for a part that my professor didn't fucking teach us. Then in the midterm part 2, there was stuff that wasn't covered in class, and it was kind of big. Why, because fuck you that's why. Oh well. I'm gonna try to pass this class. Later.
Sunday, November 16, 2014
11/16/14
Today was more crap. Just studied all day, but I feel confident in how it works. I'm looking forward to sunday funday on FOX. Later
Saturday, November 15, 2014
11/15/14
Today was OK. I studied for my OP midterm, part 2. Oi. Then I read my requirements for the Wall Street Journal. OK. I got my component cable for my PS2, and at first I thought something wasn't working when it didn't automatically work. Then I found out I had to change the video settings in the system menu. Now the output is glorious. Before the video was a little fuzzy and had scan lines, or something. Now in component it looks great. Sure, it's PS2 level graphics, I can still count the polygons in some games, but they are crisp polygons. Later.

11/14/14
Today was a decent end to a terrible week. I turned in a lot of stuff that was finished and due today. I also got the results for the worst test I've ever taken. Actually, I did decent. I got 80% on it. I was thinking terrible. I then met with my senior design group. We learned about the processes that we will be doing. A funny thing to me that happened is that we're working with a German grad student and he was showing us the stuff. We weren't able to get into a room, and he said "scheiß," which basically means "shit" in German. I chuckled because that's what my brother used to say that when we were little so he could swear without authority figures knowing and getting in trouble. I've been doing a little research into different bitcoin faucets, because I want bitcoins and I'm planning on making a blog on these bitcoin faucets. Well I got paid from 3 of them today, so now I have 14 cents more worth of bitcoints. I then helped my honor society as being the door keeper for the initiation ceremony. Our initiation processes are a secret, and I was there to guard against people who aren't supposed to see it. I was an NPC. Later.
Thursday, November 13, 2014
11/13/14
Today was a little better. I worked on dynamics homework that was due today. It's not quite lazy college senior "due tomorrow do tomorrow," more like "only time to do it is today." Wow. Then I did half a serious project that's due tomorrow. Wow. I'm just, gonna survive. Later.
Wednesday, November 12, 2014
11/12/14
Well I just finished the 3rd day of the worst week of my life. I did some work on homework and projects. My next half of my OP exam is going to suck. One of my friends posted one of those "share this within 10 minutes and you'll fall in love tomorrow, ignore and you'll have the worst week of your life." I then commented "Already having the worst week of my life. 2 l8 m8." Oh well. I watched a less than legal stream of Back to the Future with the Jogwheel guys. It was fun. Later.
Tuesday, November 11, 2014
11/11/14
Today, well I'm realizing how much my life sucks. I failed at doing my OP assignment, I had dynamics, I worked some with my entre group to do a report, and I realized I have a case study due at the end of the week for econ, and I haven't done much with it. Wake me up when November ends. Later.
Monday, November 10, 2014
11/10/14
Today fucking sucked. Yeah, I said fuck. It was that bad. To start out, I forgot to set my alarm. I woke up and I'm like "Wow that's the first time I woke up on my own on a school day in forever." Then I noticed that I didn't set my alarm and it's an hour after I would have set my alarm for. Luckily I didn't have any classes, but had my OP midterm. The OP midterm was the worst test I ever took, and I took some pretty brutal tests. There were major problems based on key concepts, and I had no idea how to do them. I spent the entire weekend studying, and I'm only confident on 50% of the problems. I studied my ass off. I tried my ass off. My professor needs to get off his high horse and fucking teach. Afterwards I just went back to my dorm and played GTA. later.
Sunday, November 9, 2014
This weekend
OK, so this weekend was crazy, in my own world. I spent the entire weekend studying for my OP midterm on Monday. On saturday I did safe rides home and funny thing is that through some clerical error, we only had 1 ride the entire 5 hours. That sucked, especially considering that it was my partner's first time doing it. No drunk stories. Oh well. On Sunday I went to late mass because I was up all night on Saturday. Spuradically throughout the weekend I played GTA Vice City. I have to review this game when I get the time (ppphhhffff, time to make a review.) I also tried a bunch of different bitcoin faucets. I will also do a thing on those, when I get the time. But that one will likely happen before the GTA review. Later.
Thursday, November 6, 2014
11/6/14
I'm getting tired of these classes. I had dynamics today. I just want a day off. I have not had a full day off in months. While doing homework, this song got stuck in my head.
After finding it on youtube, I now realize I feel like Hamburgler. "Rescue me, it's not fun anymore." Later.
After finding it on youtube, I now realize I feel like Hamburgler. "Rescue me, it's not fun anymore." Later.
Wednesday, November 5, 2014
11/5/14
So today was kind of crazy. I had econ, entre 3, and OP. I was supposed to do some homework for OP, but I was only able to do half of it because my professor is a sadist that thinks it's beneficial to give us work that we have almost no idea how to do. In econ my professor rhetorically asked us "so what's the difference between an estimate and a guess?" Being an educated smart ass I said "an estimate has a better Theil U." He looked at me and said "you and I understand that, but the others don't." I'm so ready for this semester to be over. It's hell. Later.
11/4/14
Well yesterday (since I'm posting on the 5th) was kind of laid back. I did my homework for econ and dynamics, and attempted to do my OP homework, but that didn't fully materialize because I had no idea what I was doing. On another note, I got a call from my old boss from the internship last summer. He needed help revising a spreadsheet I wrote them. I helped, and everyone said hi. Later.
Monday, November 3, 2014
11/3/14
Today was a little calmer than normal. I had my classes, but didn't have entre 3, because my entre 3 and OP professors are like partners in crime and they decided that there wasn't going to be entre 3 today and we were going to get a double dose of OP. Oh yeah, turned in my major project today. Oh it felt good to turn that in. Then while everyone else was taking the practice FE exam, I just did other homework since I already took the FE exam. I had my film club today, so that was good. Later.
Sunday, November 2, 2014
11/2/14
Today, was work on the project day. We finished up the project and it's all ready. Oh such a long project. Now it's all done. Later.
Saturday, November 1, 2014
11/1/14
Woops, forgot to post the last couple of days. Well, what have I been up to. Well, Halloween happened, and I dressed up as my own fan made trainer NPC, plant manager. Here's the picture and the catch phrases I came up with.
"By my calculations, I will win." ---- "Must have forgotten to check my signs."
"Let's make this quick, I have a meeting in an hour." ------ "Great, now I'm going to be late."
"I don't think you're right for our company." ------ "On second thought, here's my card."
I was going to show it off to my pokemon club, since we play pokemon on Friday nights, but no one showed up. Now they regret missing it.
So I've been working hard on my latest lab. We had to create an aggregate plan using different methods. Well, we've set up everything, now it's just a mater of having excel chug through everything. My homework does itself. LOL. Today I just chugged through it making sure everything was right. Tomorrow my partner and I are going to meet to make sure everything is right. Later.

10/29/14
Today was OK. I had my econ, entre 3, and OP class. I worked with my group on a project for about 3 hours. Our project is almost done. Just got to finish the write up, and show some crystal ball read outs. After working on the project we went out to get some beer. Oh that was nice. Now I'm watching a colorized version of night of the living dead. I love the movie in black and white. Really great horror film that doesn't rely on gore and jump scares. Now lets see if the color version is anywhere near as good as the black and white. Yes, same story, same characters, same infliction, but there are some things that just work better in black and white, and not in color. Like the three stooges. Later.
Tuesday, October 28, 2014
10/28/14
Today was a little easier. I worked on my OP homework and had dynamics. You'd think I'm cramming for finals with the way I have papers and open books I have strewn all over the place. I then had someone from my dorm as part of an event trick or treat my dorm and then give me candy. LOL. Later.
Monday, October 27, 2014
10/27/14
Today was a little more involved monday. I had econ, entre 3, and OP. Then after OP I had a senior design presentation. We did quite well. The only negative thing said to us was that we misspelled one of the words in a slide. Yay. I then worked really hard on a project. Oh so much work. I had my film club meeting. Later.
Sunday, October 26, 2014
10/26/14
Today I worked on homework, again. Oh my life is crazy. Went to church. Talked to my family. And now I'm taking some time off. Later.

10/25/14
Well today could have gone better. I basically stumbled through my econ homework all day. I hate that class. It'd be much better if my professor didn't adopt a teaching philosophy of "well I'll teach you what you don't know, but you have to know what you don't know. If you don't tell me you don't know it, I'm going to assume that you do." So now I'm stumbling though this assignment without much idea of what to do. Well on a better note, I contacted dailymotion about my inability to utilize all the official user features, even though I'm an official user. They told me that since they combined publisher, video on demand, and official user into 1 account status known as publisher, there has been bugs with users not being able to access features they didn't have access to previously, and it should be worked out in a couple of days. Well that's good news. Later.
Friday, October 24, 2014
10/24/14
Well today was OK. I had my normal econ, entre 3, and OP. We met with one of our advisors for senior design to learn about our project. This may revolutionize the way metal is tested. If it is really a thing, we're going to try to get it published in some industrial engineering periodicals. Coolness. I worked on projects after that. Then I had my tau beta pi meeting.
Oh, and good news, I'm now an official user on dailymotion. It's still not fully laid out, I still get 403'ed when I try to go to some official user features, but I guess it'll be fixed within a couple of days. Later.

10/23/14
Well, I worked on homework all day, and had my dynamics class and did a test there. Well... Enjoy the video of my feelings.

10/22/14
Today, well I hate my schedule. Econ, entre, and OP. Every class assigning so much work I haven't had a day off since since the semester started. Crazy. Later.

10/21/14
Well today was annoying. I did homework for dynamics, econ, and OP. I had dynamics. Then my group worked on entre 3 projects. Oh so long. Later.

10/20/14
Today was quite interesting. I forgot to take my ADHD meds today and that meant that I wasn't able to focus all day. All day, movie, TV, music, and other clips just running through my head all day. Then there was this presentation thing, and I'm just sitting there thinking "can can can you do the can can can you do the can can can you do the can can can can can can can can can." Then there was one guy who asked me for some help with answering what to expect with the FE exam, and I'm standing there just jittering, arm flailing and leg twitching. Yeah it was an interesting day. Later.

10/191/4
Well today was just sucky. I went to church, and that was fine. But then I worked on homework for pretty much the entire day. Oh there is no rest for the senior engineering student. Later.

10/18/14
My life is quite boring. I worked on homework and read my reading material. I did my scheduling for next semester. I got caught up on one piece. I would get caught up on Gurren Lagann and Helsing, but I'm just to tired and I won't be able to stay up to watch them anyways. I did write a blog commemorating the best Pokemon fan site, Pokemopolis. It's for bitlanders. Sorry, but not quite up to the level of my blogs here on blogger. Hope you enjoy either way. Later.

10/17/14
Today was difficult. I'm so tired. I had econ, entre 3, and prod. Oh I'm tired. I chatted with my friend about how to capture the heat loss in an engine and turn it back into usable energy. The conversation went into perpetual motion territory multiple times. I was always the one to realize it and say "dude, that's perpetual motion and that's impossible." Fun stuff. I almost didn't go to Pokemon because I was so tired. Then I went knowing it would make me feel better, and it did. Now I'm catching up on Toonami. Later.

10/16/14
I don't know how I will get through it. Today I woke up again at 8, and met with my group to make find out our projects. So tired. I worked on projects. Crazy. I finished season 4 of Nurse Jackie. Later.
Wednesday, October 15, 2014
10/15/14
Today I had my classes, and I forgot my homework on my desk. That felt crappy. I worked on homework. Fun stuff. After I completed my work, I binged on Nurse Jackie. I watched close to a full season. I feel kind of "fat" for the binge. Oh well. Later.
Monday, October 13, 2014
10/13/14
Today was a Monday. I had my engineering econ and entrepreneurial 3 class. Also had my operations lab. My partner and I work worked on our lab, and we're already starting to hate it. I had my film club meeting. I then started working on a short with engineering horrors. Later.
Sunday, October 12, 2014
10/12/14
Well, today was a lot of trying to be back to my routine of never getting a break. After taking my big fundamentals test yesterday, I took the rest of the day off and watched Nurse Jackie while surfing the web. Today, I tried doing less of that and focusing on my homework. I got my assignments done, but probably spent more time goofing off than I should have. Oh well. Later.
Thursday, October 9, 2014
10/9/14
Well today was kind of sucky. I worked on homework and projects all day. Then I had class. Well now I'm watching an episode of Nurse Jackie. Later.
Wednesday, October 8, 2014
10/8/14
Today was rather crazy. Engineering Econ, entre 3, and productions and operations. After prod and op, my senior design group knocked on doors to try to find a project, since our last one burned to the ground. We threw out a bunch of feelers. Now we wait and prey. I worked on some assignments afterwards. This semester is going to kill me. Later.

10/7/14
Sorry, been forgetting to post here. I worked on homework and projects. And had dynamics. This is crazy. I have 3 days left to catch up on sailor moon dub before it gets taken off hulu. I'll make it. I also added a funny video to cpgtv. I looked through the posts just to see how many dead video links I had. Turns out pretty much every hulu video is now dead. LOL. Later.
Sunday, October 5, 2014
10/5/14
Today was decent. I cleaned up a lot of stuff. I put away a lot of news papers and empty water bottles. I applied to a bunch of jobs. Hopefully they turn out. I worked on some assignments. I went to church. Oh yeah, the previous night I did the safe ride thing for my college. I got some pretty interesting stories. There was a group of drunk patrons singing along to Anaconda and this other group of girls that thought full coverage car insurance was amazing and "my daddy pays for my insurance." lol. Later.
Saturday, October 4, 2014
10/3/14
Sorry I've been crashing after my crazy week last week. On Thursday I had a job fair and that went pretty well. On friday I did some work, then played pokemon with my club. Kind of a funny thing, one of the guys in the club is a PC Nazi and one of the other guys is also not a PC gamer. So we got in a little bit of a friendly argument. For some reason he wants a steam box. If I wasn't so tired, I would have had a decent debate and explained why the steam box is dead on arrival. Later.
Wednesday, October 1, 2014
10/1/14
Well, after falling asleep at 2AM, I had to wake up at 8AM to turn in the projects. Oh does it feel good. Of course the professor laid on another project, so no rest for the engineer. I also did some volunteering for my honor society and honors college. However, I tried to do some other work, but I decided I needed to take a break, so no real work the rest of the day. I did take this genus photo since I need to clean up my beard for the big job fair tomorrow. Later

9/30/14
Done at last, done at last, thank God almighty I'm done at last. I finally finished the fucking lab. I didn't technically finish it "today." I finished printing it off at like 12:30AM on 10/1/14. Oh I'm so glad I'm done. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I had dynamics, but that was the only class. Later.
Sunday, September 28, 2014
9/28/14 A little break
Today, I took a break from the lab, and handled every other commitment I had to take care of. I wrote my section of the review for the FE exam. I read the articles of Wall Street Journal that I'm responsible for. And I essentially did all the work for my retirement planning case study. It's not really a day off since I still worked like a dog and only quit when I couldn't form intelligent sentences anymore. But still felt good. Later.

9/27/14
I hate this lab. I spent about 7 hours working on it. I worked so long on it, I forgot to eat dinner tonight. At least I think I did. I can't remember. I worked on a presentation for Monday, and read what I needed to for the goal. I don't know how I'll get through this lab. Well after working on stuff for 8 hours, my back and neck starting to hurt, and my eyes losing their ability to focus on things, I decided to give up and just take the rest of the night off. I started writing my "everything wrong with catcher in the rye" project. I'm like 4 pages into the book and I've already filled 9 pages in a word document of everything wrong with it line by line. Oh this is going to be great. Later.
9/26/14
Well, it got worse. I was able to fix the "cell auto update" issue I had with my excel sheet. Today was the day that we were going to meet with our senior design sponsors. The senior design project is the big "this is everything that you learned in your major, it's for all the marbles" project for all engineering students in my college. Well my group drives out to the company at 6:50AM, dressed in business casual to make a good impression. We get there, and there's not really anything there. There's a building there, but only 1 car. One of my partners checks his email to find out what the name of the guy we're going to be meeting with is, and apparently the plant burned down and they're going to be out for the count for next several months. The big fire happened on Thursday, a day before we were scheduled to meet with them. Our senior design sponsor burned to the ground. This is fucking crazy. Now we need to start from square 1 and find us a new sponsor. At least our professor understands and is not expecting us to be where everyone else is for the presentation on Monday.
Now, onto "I hate this fucking lab" news. So I have the cells auto updating again, but guess what, I screwed up a couple of calculations and now I have to redo some sections. The section where I was getting amazing mean squared errors, well I was comparing it to the wrong things. Now I have to find new values for that. Oh, and there's another section where I used the wrong variation, so I have to do that part over. I fucking hate this lab. Later.

I FUCKING DESPISE THIS LAB! FUCKING HATE IT! I spent probably 3 hours today working on it, and the EXCEL DECIDES IT WON'T AUTO UPDATE THE CELL RELATIVE FORMULAS WHEN I CHANGE THE FUCK CELL! NOW I NEED TO REMAKE THE ENTIRE FUCKING EXCEL SHEET. This lab is going to be the end of me. Oh yeah, I have other assignments as well. Fuck you excel, fuck you lab. I'm done.

9/24/14
Well today was pretty crazy. I had my econ, entre 3, and productions class. Then I spent about 4 hours working on multiple regression for my lab project. I'm not even sure if it's done right, but at least I have it done. Now it's all down hill. What multiple regression should have given me for the optimal coefficients, well I was able to optimize it further with solver and remove like 90% of the error. Well damn. I had fun with Fred Upton since he's a big supporter of my college republicans group and bought us some pizza and beer. He's a great guy. Later.
Monday, September 22, 2014
9/22/14
Today, crazy. Had engineering econ, entrepreneurial 3, productions and controls, lab, and senior design. My life is fucked. But I had my first film club meeting, and I got to have fun there, which was nice. My season Blu-Rays of Nurse Jackie also came in, so I'm watching Season 1 now. It's a good show. Later.
Saturday, September 20, 2014
9/20/14
Fuck this lab. That is the only way I can describe it. I have this big lab assignment that I've been working on for the past month and it seems like every day I work on it, 10 more dimensions get added. I think I've done what I need, then more just keeps coming. Fuck this lab.
Also, loads of other homework. I'm just burnt out. I'm gonna go watch some youtube. Later.

9/18/14
Well this was a tad awkward. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my easy days. I just have 1 class. Well last night I finished what was due today and what is due tomorrow, so I was at a loss for urgency. Instead of goofing off like a slacker, I decided to get caught up on some things that won't be due for a while, like a project and some homework assignments. That was a good use of my time. I have about 80 more games to test in that lot I bought, but I'm saving that for the weekend. Dynamics went fine. I then met up with one of my groups to work on some group work. That went fine. I also wrote a script for a video on bullying and cyberbullying. It'll be a while before I release them. They're pretty serious and I want to make sure I say everything the way I want to say it. Later.

9/16/14
Wow I've been busy to update. Just lots of work. Lots and lots of work. Oh this semester is going to suck. Later.

9/11/14
Today was OK, but it sure wasn't 13 years ago. In memory of the event, I am currently watching 102 minutes that changed America on History Channel. Really powerful documentary. Last year it ran commercial free which meant that everything played out in real time, but this year they're doing commercials. I had dynamics and worked on homework, lots of homework. Later.

9/10/14
Today was a busy day. Engineering Econ, Entrepreneurial 3, Operations, and working on my senior project. I did a lot of homework as well. On the bright side, 3 things I ordered online came, which is nice. Later.
Monday, September 8, 2014
9/8/14
Wow today was stressful. First engineering econ, then entrepreneurial 3, followed by operations, with a side of "I don't have a group and I need to find one" for my senior design project and entrepreneurial 3, covered with "I don't know what I'm going to do with my forecasting lab" for operations, and topped with "excel solver no longer wants to work and you'll need to reinstall excel." Oh yeah, I also woke up early specifically so I could get to the engineering campus early to print my report but I missed the bus and got to the campus at the time I normally do. I was so done I rage quit responsibilities and decided to play the simpsons video game. I might do a review of it. Later.
Sunday, September 7, 2014
9/7/14
Today lots of work. Worked on some operations and dynamics. I went to church. All went well. And good news, Sailor Moon is now dubbed on hulu. Yay. Later.

9/5-6/14
Well I didn't get the chance to blog yesterday, so I'll tell what happened then in addition to today.
Well yesterday started out with me going to breakfast, then getting on the bus to the engineering campus. I had Engineer Econ, Entrepreneurial 3, and operations. I did some homework, then it was time for the big event, loads of free crap bash. I'll probably do a little blog on that on either pokematics blog or maybe on bitlanders. Then there was the storm. Oh the storm. That was crazy. After loads of free crap bash, I did some hanging around trying to do some stuff. Then it was time for volunteering. I did the "drive students home" thing I've done in the past. I had some interesting patrons. All good.
After sleeping off the staying up all night, I woke up at 12 noon and had some lunch food for breakfast. Then I worked on homework, all day. I might need to buy the new text book for my engineer econ class. That's depending on if I can get a hold of a copy and make copies of the homework problem pages. Later.

9/4/14
Today was crazy. I only had 1 class, dynamics, but I had a lot of homework to do. I spent like 5 hours on one assignment, all because I forgot how to actually do it. Now I'm tired and need sleep. Later.
Wednesday, September 3, 2014
9/3/14
Today was crazy. I had 3 classes, each with a really demanding professor. Thankfully I think I have it down. I did a lot of homework. Later.

9/1/14
Sorry for missing a day. I got caught up on toonami for the most part. Still have some episodes left to watch. I also watched some of the end of every simpsons ever. I did a little more organizing of my room. I went to my film club and had a little pre-semester meeting. I worked on my vacation blog, and it's almost ready. Almost ready to post. Just enjoyed my last day of vacation. Later.

9/1/14
Today was a good last day of vacation. I got caught up on black lagoon, blue exorcist, and space dandy. I had a meeting with my film club. I got our behind the scenes video for one of our projects edited. I saw a couple friends. I got my desk set-up and my room finalized for at least a week. Later.
Sunday, August 31, 2014
Lets see if the title works because blogger is being stupid at the moment. Today was pretty good. I went to church and I saw one of my good friends there. We talked some after mass and got caught up some. I will likely see him in other classes and at the engineering campus. I worked on my big vacation blog and I have everything except for the pictures. I'm gonna ask my dad for the pictures tomorrow. I saw my aunt since she was visiting her son. She brought me the shampoo (click here for a backstory), my books, and some other small things. I then went out to dinner with her and my cousin. I worked on getting caught up on toonami. My internet is being weird so I will work on finishing that tomorrow. I'm now at that point in the simpsons marathon where I've been following it regularly at premier time. It's kind of weird. Later.
8/30/14
Woops, was to tired and busy to blog on the day. The main thing I had to do was return the microwave-refridgerator combo I rented because I was able to get one from my brother. My dad left the dolly from when I moved in and I wheeled it down to the rental booth. It went fine. I got caught up on attack on titan and would have worked on blue exorcist or black lagoon but I ran into some friends I haven't seen since last year and we got caught up and played chrononauts for 5 hours. What was going to be a 30 minute dinner alone ended up being a 5 hour hang-out session. I watched some more of the every simpsons ever marathon. Later.

8/29/14
Today was move in day. My dad and I left the house at 6:30 this morning. We drove 2 hours to my dorm. I had to wait a little to check in because they didn't let me check in till 9AM, and we got there about 8:40. We then unloaded my stuff onto the curb to take up to my room once I could check in. We dumped my stuff into my room and set-up the carpet. We laid the carpet and then assembled the futon. Unfortunately we put the wrong parts on the side, so the back was on the seat area and the seat was on the back area. Woops. We had to take it apart and put it back together again. Oh well. We were able to assemble it. We unpacked some stuff. My mom and grandparents gut up around 10AM and we unloaded what they brought up.
After some off loading and unpacking, we went to lunch at the dinning hall since it's supplied by the hall for the people that helped move you in. My parents had to leave at 1 because they had to get the rental car back before 4PM. My grandparents hung around a little while longer. We went to the book store to see if my grandma could get a grandma shirt because now they only wear "grandson college apparel." Unfortunately she wasn't able to find a specific "grandma" shirt. Oh well.
Soon after that they left. I unpacked some stuff made my dorm a little more liveable. Since I'm in a single dorm I don't have to worry about a roommate and what he wants. I might give a room tour. This year instead of bringing my OUYA and other SNES, I brought my OUYA and other PS2. Got those hooked up. Still have a little setting up to do at my desk.
There's one last thing that's kind of been irking me. I have a small dry erase white board that I use to write myself reminders. I normally hang it on the wall with command hooks. I might have one bad strip and it falls off, but normally they stay all year long. Well, this year it doesn't want to stick. I don't think my strips are bad because I got some new ones in a promotional give away, and you don't give away bad product in promotional give aways; that would just make people not want to buy them. I think it's just really humid and it's causing issues with the adhesive. Luckily I can get more adhesive strips tomorrow. I'm just going to wait until it's a little dryer out. Later.
PS: I was going to write my big vacation blog, but unfortunately I got distracted with unpacking. I'll do it tomorrow.

8/28/14
Well today is my last day back home. Tomorrow I head back to school. I packed up my stuff into the rental car my parents got and my grandparents van. I'm working on getting everything in the van. I went out to lunch with my grandparents and we went to TGI Fridays where I had the endless appetizers. I had 2 "orders" of mozzarella sticks. It costs about $7 for a single order and $10 for endless. $14 of mozzarella sticks for $10. I felt rather crappy afterwards. I had some red wine to help sooth the digestion. After lunch we went to their house and I cleaned their hamsters cage 1 last time before I left. I watched some Simpsons marathon. Oh Simpsons. I went out to dinner with my parents, and I had soup because I was still full from lunch. I cleaned my family's hamsters cage one last time before I leave as well. I gathered up the 10-15 PS2 games I want to take to school with me. I'll be getting more as I go because I'm collecting them all. I'm almost done and sure. I just need to check a couple more things. I need to pack up my computer. Later.
8/27/14
Woops, missed blogging yesterday. I fell asleep watching youtube and left the light on. When I woke up 3 hours later I went to bed proper. We left the hotel at around 7:30 and drove home. We unloaded our stuff and started getting me ready for my move out to college. I packed up some stuff. I cleaned up stuff as well. Later.

8/26/14
Today was a decent day of traveling. My brother forgot a bag of clothing, so we took it up to his room and I left them hanging on his door knob, because he definitely wasn't up at the time of us leaving. We drove a long time. I finished Dragon Ball Z. Once I'm in school I'll work on GT, and once I get the box sets, Dragon Ball. I could stream it through hulu, but then they like to expire videos so you have to keep up, and I like to watch it slowly. Oh well. Once we got to the motel, we checked in and saw some museums. You'll hear about it in the full blog. I ran across an endangered species. I'll show it in the full blog, but you can see it on bitlanders now. Later.

8/25/14
Today was a fun day. We moved my brother into his dorm. He reconnected with his friends and they were all happy to see each other again. We went to a Wal-Mart and I got PBR Out of the Chute and Brunswick Pro Bowler for PS2. Read about the experience here, since there was an experience. Then I went to a local game store and bought Army Men Sarge's Heroes, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six, and South Park. All decently priced. Dad and I explored the town some and found a really funny bar. You'll hear about it in my full blog of the experience. Now we're just enjoying FXX every simpsons ever marathon. Later.

8/24/14
Today was fun. I saw PepperBC and her family. My dad, brother, and I went on a copper mine tour and that was really fun. I'll do a full blog after we finish having fun. Lots of fun that I'm saving for later. We've been watching Simpsons 24 hour marathon when we're taking some down time. I've been catching up on Dragon Ball Z anime, after a 4 year hiatus. I forgot how slow the series is. Later.

8/22/14
Today was pretty fun. I got caught up on Space Dandy. Now all I need to do is get caught up on Attach on Titan, Blue Exorcist, and Black Lagoon. I hung out with mbinski. We went to the mall and played some arcade games and looked around the mall. We also talked about tech and stuff. I helped my brother load the stuff into the rental van for when we take him back to college. Later.

8/21/14
Today was pretty fun. I got caught up on One Piece, and am now working on Space Dandy. I still have Attack on Titan, Blue Exorcist, and Black Lagoon to catch up on, but I'll get it. I would have probably finished Space Dandy if I didn't have a major craving to go to the arcade and play some pinball and DDR. I did OK on pinball and did better than my skill level at DDR. The one arcade had 3 different DDR machines. On one of them I screwed up the difficulty and ended up playing crazy ridiculous fast and many beats to hit. I normally play on easy/light and occasionally do medium if the song is relatively easy, because I'm just not that great at dancing but can hold my own in gaming. Anyways, this was at the equivalent of super hard, maybe harder. At first I thought you just couldn't fail out of the song, but once I just gave up, it wasn't long before I did so bad that it failed me out of it, and I only gave up because I was getting jelly legs from playing so much and moving so fast. If I kept going, I probably would have completed the song. I was doing really bad, missing probably 80% of the beats, but that was enough to keep in the game.
After the arcade, I decided to be a mall rat for an hour since the arcade is in a mall. I went to FYE and checked out the anime to see if there was anything of interest on sale. Sometimes I get great deals there. I then went to SEARS to look at where the portrait studio used to be, and remembered going there with my grandparents to get my picture taken what seemed like every 3 weeks. If this was a movie or a TV show, you would see the memory ghosts waiting to get the picture taken and getting them taken. Then I pointed and laughed because I hated getting my picture taken; birthday pictures, Halloween pictures, Christmas pictures, thanks giving pictures, first day of school pictures, last day of school pictures, we haven't been there in 2 weeks pictures, etc.
After the mall, I went to what was once a mall but is now just a movie theater and an arcade. The theater plays last run movies, the movies that were in the major theaters, but now aren't and the ticket is only $1.50. We call it "the cheap show." I went to the arcade and played some more pinball and DDR. Then I went to the theater to see what was playing. Nothing really interested me. Here's the podcast I recorded on my drive to and from the arcade. Later
So today I had my final in probability. I already got my grades back. 100% Wooohooo. Then I also got my grades back for my work design class. Also 100% wooohooo. Almost all of my stuff is packed-up and ready to head home. Tomorrow I will do my final pack-up and all will be ready. Yay. Later.
Woops, never published this one. I'll publish it now, over a year later, on 8/20/14

Today was pretty fun. I bought some storage bins for my PS2 games. I then went to the Target that one of my friends works at to see if I could bug him, unfortunately I didn't see him. I bought a nintendo eshop card and used it to buy shovel knight on my 3ds. I wasn't sure if wii u or 3ds, but as my brother pointed out, I'll have more time to play the 3ds once school starts since I have a 15 minute bus ride every day. I filmed a couple of lets plays with my brother. It'll be a while before I upload them. I then went to see Guardians of the Galaxy with my grandpa. It was a good popcorn flick. I filmed a "drive to work podcast" talking about it. It'll be a little while before I upload that one, or maybe I'll upload it tomorrow. I don't know. Later.

So today was kind of interesting. My brother and I went to A&W for lunch and just kind of hung out. I put more of my PS2 games into the bins I had, and I filled that bin as well. Now I have maybe 80 games that aren't in a bin because I ran out of bins. I have about 300 PS2 games and about 300 other games. I have a crazy large collection, and I will never run out of lets play material. I went to the eye doctor today, which means going to the awesome mall. Brought my 3DS and street passed 15 people. Yay. Unfortunately they got rid of 2 of the stores I really liked; the cool toy store and the flea market store. Luckily, the import shop was still there, and so was the gamestop and best buy, but most importantly the import shop. In fact, at the import shop, I found a special Jynx figure, a gen 1 pre-controversy figure. You can read about it at bitlanders. At gamestop I found a cool charging dock for my 3DS, and only $2. Yay. I tested it and it works. Not sure where I'll use it, but I might set it up with my spare charger and put it next to my TV or something.
At best buy I demoed some of those curved TVs. One of them was a 4K OLED curved TV. That looked pretty amazing. With one of the curved TV demos, I like that they had a flat TV of the same size playing the exact same demo right below the curved one for comparison. Same specs, same demo, same brand, just one curved and one flat. How was it, eh, it's pretty cool I guess. I did feel a little more immersed into the content with the curved TV since it gives you more of that "curved peripheral" thing, but it's not a feature I'd spend a lot of money on. I also saw that they had complete seasons of 1980s TMNT for sale for $5 each. I checked the online price to see if it was an in store sale or if it was just the price of the DVDs. Turns out it's the same price online as in store, and since I get cash back through swagbucks with best buy and other online store purchases, I opted to just buy online. Sign up for swagbucks here. Later.

Today was the second day that we were at my grandparents. We left around 10 AM. We stopped at Tractor Supply Co., an farm and similar store. It's where I get my safety vests and other safety clothing. Dad was looking for a small submersible water pump since we just dealt with minor flooding in our basement. He didn't find one that was reasonable priced. I was hoping to find some chicks or ducklings, since they occasionally have live baby chickens and ducks for sale, just sitting in the middle of the store. I live in the suburbs and can't have one, but it's fun to see them. We then stopped at the wal-mart to see if they had my cargo jeans. They didn't unfortunately.
I finished writing my Michael Bay's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles review, read here. Then because I wanted to write another review for another TMNT movie, so I wrote one for BitLanders about Turtles Forever, read here. Then because I was just in a blogging mood, I wrote a blog about chocolate milk. I'm not entirely sure why, but here's where you can read it.
We finished taking care of the water in the basement. We ripped up even more carpet. We might as well get rid of all of it at this point. Oh well. Now my cave is full of stuff again. Now if you excuse me, I have 2013 turtles to watch. Later.

Today was pretty good. I went to visit my grandparents up north. It's great to see them again. We visited and went to church. After dinner my brother and I went to see the new Michael Bay Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or as my other grandparents say "ningin turtles." I'm going to make a full review probably tomorrow, or tonight if I get to it. As a teaser, it's not the worst version of the turtles I've seen. Later.

8/15/14
Today was OK. We had some flooding a couple days ago, no major damage. I found more water today, this time over in my nerd cave. Some water damage to a couple of boxes, but nothing I'm to worried about. We cut up the carpet and now there's an empty spot. We had a parade of classic cars tonight. I'm not a major classic car fan, but I do enjoy seeing all the old cars, many of which I build snap together models of, so it's fun to see the full size version that actually works. I also see them in old movies, so that's fun to see them in real life. Well I went to the basement to check on some other parts of the basement. Unfortunately I found more water. Damn. Oh well. I also stepped on a nail today. That wasn't fun. Luckily it got caught in the super callus I have on my foot (didn't draw blood) and my last tetanus shot was less than 10 years ago. Later.

Wow, it's been a while since I posted here. Well I was working on proprietary projects. But I also ended that internship last week, so yeah, I was just lazy this past week. Today was pretty fun. I hung out with ZeldaMaster93 for most of the day. We filmed a lets play, we watched a movie called "Asian School Girls," very weird B-movie. Basically it's an etchi anime movie that's live action, in physics and fan service. We also watched RWBY. It was good. I watched episodes of Hikaru No Go. I've had that show in my queue for 7 years, it's about time I watch it. I ran some virus scans on the family computer. So far I found over 1000 viruses. I'm about to check on the current scans. Later.

Wow it's been a while. Sorry guys. Well today was pretty good. I went to the movies with my grandpa and we went to see Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. It was pretty good, up until the power went out. Oh well. After that I went to my grandparents house, cleaned their hamster's cage, and fixed my grandpa's TV. Today was my good friend mskate's 21st birthday. I would have taken her out somewhere, but she was busy with her family. We're going out next Saturday. Now I'm catching up on my toonami backlog. Finished black lagoon, watched some blue exorcist, and now I'm catching up on Space Dandy. Later.

7/4/14, Happy 4th of July
Happy 4th of July everyone. In 1776, the founding fathers signed the declaration of independence. A day of remembering freedom and what makes America great; like fireworks a Chinese invention, and hotdogs an American variation on the European sausage, and hamburgers, a dish taken from Hamburg Germany but made awesome by Americans. Yeah, we didn't invent them, but we made them awesome, except for the fireworks. I give China credit for that.
Anyways, today was fun. I went to see my grandparents and aunt and uncle on my dad's side. My parents had to roll me out of bed and into the car because I work such late shifts and sleep through the day. I then slept in the car on the way there and some time after. I visited with everyone and it was lots of fun. My grandparent's community was having a craft show so we all went there as something to do. There wasn't much, the only noteworthy thing was the presumably closed down video store that was trying to sell off it's inventory and the petting zoo. They had little baby ducks and rabbits along with the usual goats and llamas and chickens. If you went into the duck or rabbit pen, you could pick up a duck or rabbit. I didn't because I was eating nachos at the time, but that would have been cool. I jokingly asked my mom "so does that mean I can pick up a goat so long as I'm in the pen?" Yeah I'm a jokester.
After a nice time with my relatives, I went to the fireworks display with mbinski. The place was packed, no parking anywhere. Luckily for me, mskate lives close to where they light them off. I just drove over and asked her dad if I could park in their drive way, no previous plans were made. Since I'm good friends with them, he said sure, go ahead, no problem. Since I was there, I got to meet their new puppy. She's a cute little thing. I asked if their other dog was getting along with the new dog, and they said he was.
After some visiting, I walked over to the display ground and met up with mbinski. I haven't seen him all summer because we've both been super busy. It was great to catch up with him. I told him I still want to try to fix that XBOX360 my other friend gave me with him since he's a bit of a computer guy. We also engaged in our usual nonsensical conversations where we talk nonsense and it somehow makes sense to us. The fireworks were fun. Someone was playing a medley of patriotic songs as the fireworks went off, and that was an experience. Like, IRL background music. Then there were these kids that kept saying "I like that one, I like that one, I like that one..." One point just to be funny I said "I like that one." It got a laugh.
After the show I went back to mskate to get my car and drive home. I originally just intended to thank them for letting me park in their drive way and wish them a happy 4th of July, but it ended up evolving into a 20 minute conversation with her family about life. It was kind of funny, mskate kept saying "bye thanks for stopping by," but then her dad would get me into another topic. What can I say, the man likes to talk to me. Later. And in honor of independence day, I would like to share this little observational comedy joke.

6/2/14
I had a case of the Mondays today. It wasn't fun. I spent 9 hours today running around trying to figure out how to get information on crap. 9 hours later I finally found the information. Yeah, took way to long to find what I needed. This will be incorporated into my movie one day. I got my replacement Pac-Man Fever record today. I'll listen to it tomorrow. Then I pulled a literal Patric. I went to a McDonalds at 3:20 to get a quarter pounder. "Oh boy 3AM." Later.

6/1/14
Today was fun. I went to an old high school and boy scout friend's grad party and eagle court of honor. The court of honor was held at the rec center I used to be a janitor at. My family made some jokes about "natural instinct to clean the place." During the eagle court there was a section where they told stories about the scout. They told the story about when I accidentally poured bacon grease on his hand. We don't remember who's bright idea that was, but we both thought it was a good idea, and we can laugh about it now. Luckily they didn't say it was me that did the pouring in front of everyone. Yeah, that really happened. After the eagle court I saw mskate. Her dog met an unfortunate end. Her entire family is frazzled. I saw her for moral support. She's taking it hard, but she's a trooper. After that, I went to the eagle's grad party. It was fun. I saw some old scout friends. Good time. Later.

Today was a fun saturday. After work I spent a couple hours watching TV and on the internet. I would talk about work, but I'm doing some pretty proprietary stuff. I work afternoons so I get home really late. After waking up, I found out that my neighborhood was doing it's annual garage sale. Since I got up late, I missed most of it, but since I went at the end of the sale I managed to get a really good deal. I bought a nice shelving unit and ergonomic mousepad for $3. Combined they were regularly priced at $6, but since it was the end, it was $3. Yay, now more place to put my games and stuff. I already took a bunch of games off my floor. I did my toonami google plus hang out with my friends. Later.

5/14-16/14
This weekend was good. I spent half of it with one pair of grandparents and the other half with the other pair of grandparents. The first pair was just a spend saturday with since I don't see them often. The other pair was do yard work because they need help with the yard work. On my way to my second pair's house, I stopped at a garage sale and picked up a Panasonic 3DO for $2. I was really happy. Obviously the lady that sold it to me had no idea what it was. She probably thought it was some kind of CD or DVD player. It doesn't work as of right now, but even for parts it's worth over $30. But I'm not going to get rid of it so fast. I'm going to talk with my one friend who really knows tech and see if he and I can fix it. Later.

5/18/14
Today was good. I went to church with my parents. I played some Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. Did a little yard work. Helped my grandparents with their bed. It's kind of funny, in the morning our internet was down. That was the main reason I played videogames, because I play videogames when the internet is down. Hear that Microsoft, I play videogames when I can't access the internet. I wouldn't be able to use the original XBOX ONE if you went through with the always online crap. Later.

5/16/14
Today was pretty good. I went to work. Today we finished engine disassembly and assembly. It was fun. Unfortunately I hit the ratchet a little hard a couple to many times. Got me a nice bruise on the palm of my hand. It's a little sore. I also went out to dinner with my family. That was fun, and tasty. I do have some bad news though. I ordered Pac-Man Fever in the mail and the record came today. Unfortunately the person who shipped it had no idea how to ship a vinyl record and it came broken. 10 layers of gift bag tissue paper and packing tape does not make for a protective way to ship a fragile vinyl record. You need buble wrap, card board, "do not bend" and "fragile" stamps. Really sucks. Now I need to either get a replacement or a refund. Later.

5/15/14
Today was great. Today I took an engine apart as part of my training. This was fun. We talked about what each part does, how it works, and all the other fun science behind it. We took a complete engine apart, all the way down to the engine block. Here's a funny story from today. To take apart the engines, we did it in teams of 2 or 3. There was one group of all women and they took the longest to finish. They were having trouble loosening some of the bolts. The instructor had to help them. One woman said "I am an independent woman, but this is the one thing I need a man for." How she said it added to the funny. Later.

5/13/14
Yeah, sorry about missing yesterday. I just started an internship with an automaker. Since I'll be working with rather proprietary processes, I don't think I can really talk about what I did during the day. Sorry guys, I'll pretty much be stopping for a while. I can tell you that yesterday was my first day and I did safety training all day and today I did a whole lot of sitting around doing nothing. When I wasn't doing nothing, I was getting a plant tour. Really productive, I know. Later.

5/11/14
Today was pretty good. I woke up early and went to church with my family. Today being mothers day was a day where my family goes out to a nice lunch/dinner. But before food, we went to costco to get picture frames for my grandma. After costco, we went to my grandparents. We fixed their bed, fixed their phones, and basically that. Dinner was good. We got a little lost on the way there. Nothing to eventful, just lost. Then we went to dinner. If things were more eventful, I would do a big blog about it. But things more pretty low key. We talked about asparagus. Basically my day. Later.

Today was good. I did a dry run to my new job that I start Monday. I did some garage saling. I went to CVS and Walmart for errands. I bought my mom and grandma mothers day cards. Basically it. Later.

Today was great. I wrote a review for The Amazing Spiderman 2, but fair warning, it's spoileriffic. I had an orthodontist appointment. Went well. My brother and I went to a Mongolian Buffet. It was really good. I went grocery shopping at Costco. I hung out with my brother. That was fun. Later.

5/8/14
Today was nice. I went to see my grandparents. We returned the Comcast stuff, went to T.G.I. Friday's, and went to see The Amazing Spiderman 2. I will probably do a blog on it, but not when I am almost falling asleep. I also uploaded the second lets play video of zeldamaster93 and I. Later.

5/7/14
Today was fine. I went to a funeral for a close family friend's dad. After that I went to my mom's school and did an egg drop lab with her class. They really liked it. I liked it. My internet is slowed to a crawl so I can't stay long. Later.

5/6/14
Today was pretty good. I uploaded my 100th Dailymotion video special. I saw my grandparents and made sure the guy that installed the cable did it right. Turns out Comcast gave us a 10 year old modem, a modem they said was new. Never get Comcast people. Comcast is absolutely terrible. I went to the visitation for my friends' grandpa. I didn't know him well, only really meeting him 5 or so times, but I was there for moral support for my friends. After the visitation I went back to my grandparents. Went out to dinner with them. Afterwards I brought their nes back to my house, because they never use it, my bother and cousin don't care about it, and I'm sure it was only a matter of time before they said "this is just taking up space," and either threw them away or sold them for peanuts. I checked their value on price charting and the games alone are worth $220. Later.

5/5/14
Happy revenge of the fifth. Today I got my drivers license renewed. Spent about an hour and a half at the DMV. I was able to edit most of my 100th dailymotion video in that time which was nice. I played some Oddworld. I bought some stuff for a science experiment I'm doing with my mom's school. I watched The Godfather with my brother. Later

5/4/14, May the Fourth be with you
Hey there Star Wars fans; happy Star Wars day. Today I would like to have done a real Star Wars celebration by watching the movies in the machete order; 4, 5, 2, 3, 6. Even though episode 1 may be my favorite movie, I only have it on VHS and I currently don't have my VCR connected to my TV. However, I have 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 on DVD so I could watch them on my PS3, 360, or laptop, and since I have the option to watch the movies required for machete order, I would try machete order.
However, I didn't get to watch any Star Wars movies today. I was really busy. First I went to church, nothing out of the ordinary there. Then I fixed my neighbor's snow blower. The last time she used it, the ripcord broke and it retracted into the snow blower. She said she would get it serviced, but after getting me my new job, I told her I could try to fix it. My brother and I basically took the snow blower apart and rethreaded the ripcord. That took about 2 hours. I thought that would be it, but then my grandparents had problems with their phone again, so I went out to their house, looked at the phone modem, called Comcast tech support, and told them "fix this right now or we're switching to WOW." This was the 5th time in a month that they've had issues with their phone. They've had 4 different techs come out to "fix" the issue, every time it lasted 4 days at most. The guy at Comcast tech support did his magic and said "we'll need to send a technician out we can have one out to you first thing in the morning." I said "no, you've screwed us enough, and we're done. This would be the 5th tech to come out to fix this problem, and if it wasn't fixed the other 4 times, why should I believe that it'll get fixed this time?" He said "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" and I told him "no, this is not 'just an inconvenience,' my grandma has serious health issues and relies on her phone to get info from her doctors. We're not going to take this anymore. We're leaving." He tried to talk me into staying, but I just said "no, Comcast screwed us, and we're not going to take it. You've lost a customer. Tell your higher ups that Comcast wasn't able to fix a problem after 5 different times, and that's why you lost our business. Good day sir." After that ordeal, I called WOW and set my grandpa up with their cable and phone service. They tried to upsell me on internet, HD DVR, multiple HD receiver boxes, but I stood firm on what we wanted. The price was a little larger than what he's paying for Comcast, but in the cable duopoly in his townhouse complex between WOW and Comcast, a higher price is worth the competent service.
For the longest time, Comcast had a Monopoly in his townhouse complex, and people really didn't like Comcast. About 4 years ago the townhouse complex allowed WOW to service the complex. He switched almost immediately because he didn't like Comcast and my family likes our WOW service. They were great to him for 3 1/2 years, then they raised his prices by like $50. He switched back to Comcast because they gave him a much better deal. That lasted about 1 month, then he started having troubles with the phone service. Now starts our previously mentioned ordeal with the phone service. We've never had issues with WOW service, just it got expensive. Now the decision is "reliable service for a higher price," or "terrible and unreliable service for a low price." We went with "reliable service for a higher price." Later.

5/1-3/14, fun with friends
I had a fair amount of fun these past couple of days. I helped my grandparents out with Comcast and their phone. Comcast was really screwing them over. Their phone wasn't working, and my grandma needs her phone for medical reasons. Without her phone, Comcast put her life in jeopardy. Throughout the ordeal, my grandpa got $80 in credit and 6 months of starz premium movie channel. They had 4 techs over 4 different times. Turns out their modem was bad. The first 3 didn't find out it was the modem, and the fourth likely wouldn't if I didn't call tech support on my cell phone prior to and have them do their "send a signal to find out what's wrong" to find out we need to get their modem replaced. Somehow the new modem didn't get activated properly, but when I called to activate it they said it was activated. The last tech fixed the activation issue. Comcast is on a 1 year probation as far as I'm concerned. They screw up one more time in a year, and I mean anything, even a misplaced charge on their bill, and we're switching them to our cable provider.
But enough about the incompetence of Comcast. Time to talk about my fun time with friends. On Thursday I hung out with mskate. She was doing well. We had fun. On Friday I hung out with zeldamaster93. We made some lets play videos of Ms. Splosion Man, Jetpack Joyride, and Ducktales Remastered. It was a fun time. Then on Saturday I did a google plus video hangout with my toonami friends for the premier of attack on titan. Later.

4/30/14
Today was good. I helped my grandma down the stairs and went to gamestop and a salvation army. I didn't get anything at gamestop, but I got some cool things at salvation army, sims for PS2 and some sealed PS3 demo disc. I saw my parents off as they went to go pick up my brother. I got some amazing spicy beef and broccoli meal from trader joes. It needs to have the broccoli part warmed up in the microwave, and that's when our heavily used, 10+ year old microwave decided to kick the bucket. Well, if I could get the door to shut and have it register the shut, then it would still work. I smell a project. Later.

Today was nice. I went to church. Finished moving my stuff from the living room to the basement. I watched some hulu and crackle. I didn't do much else. Later.

4/25/14
Today was moving out day. I piled all my stuff into my parent's vans. I was able to check-out 30 minutes early. I rode home with my mom since my dad's van was completely filled to the gills. We talked and stuff. I got some video of me packing and moving out. I'll upload it to either film annex or tune depending on the quality. Film annex for high quality, tune for low quality. I saw my grandparents. I played with my hamster. He's such a fun rodent. I went out to dinner with my dad to a good pizza place. I did a little sorting and unpacking. Later.

4/24/14
Yay, finals are done. Yay. I woke up at 6:30 so I could get on the bus in order to get to the engineering campus in time for my circuits final at 8 AM. I did a little last minute cramming and finishing up my note card. I finished that 2 hour final in 30 minutes. I then studied for OR for about an hour and a half. I finished the OR final in 1 hour, and we had an hour and 40 minutes to finish. I then studied for my ergo final. Ergo was actually difficult. Circuits and OR were cake, but ergo was difficult. Well then it's 4:30. I eat, then I meet my parents to help me move out. We moved out a fair amount of stuff. Now all that's left is a bit of the stragglers. Later.

4/23/14
Today was another lazy day. I probably could have studied, but...I've reached my capacity. So instead I watched The Big Lebowski and a bunch of other hulu/amazon instant video. I also got my vials and did some packing up. If I could move the stuff that I packed up out my room would be rather empty. I got a bitcoin wallet and like 2 cents worth of bitcoins. Later.

4/22/14
Today I had my first final. I smoked it. I went in and I was like "I know that, I know that, I know that, not sure on that but I know where to find it." I met with a friend before hand because he needed help with it. Later.

4/20/14, Happy Easter
If I was back home, I would probably have a nice story to tell over on pokematic's blog. Unfortunately I'm up at school studying for finals. I went to church. I studied for simulation and a little for circuits. Then I kind of had to call it quits after 6 hours, just because I reached my limit. I bought bandslam and had it shipped to my home. I did a little packing. Later.

4/19/14
Today was really boring. I woke up, ate breakfast, and studied for finals, ALL DAY. I did my Circuits homework, which is studying in it's own right. I studied ergo and OR. By 6 PM, I was burned out. To take a rest after a long day's work, I decided to rent Bandslam. Best decision of the night. Check out my review to find out why. Later.

4/18/14
Today was hard. I had my classes, sort of. Circuits was a review. Sim was a 15 minute review, and after no one had questions, my professor was basically like "ok, so class is over, if you have questions for the next class or this one, come to my office ours." I spent hours fixing the final ergo paper, going crazy. I even started flailing my arms going crazy while sitting in the main café. That was bad. I turned in the ergo paper. All good. I went to Good Friday mass with my one friend. Good to go to church.
Now things were crazy. I had to wake up 30 minutes early so I could print off my circuits paper. I dreamt I was eating like this sheet of bacon, and it was some amazing bacon. When the alarm when off, I literally said "my bacon" in a sad tone. I printed off the circuits paper no problem. Then I spent hours fixing the ergo paper. So much stress. My one partner, I don't really know why, he just kind of always finds a way to stress me out. He means well, but the stress just comes with him. Well after that, I start going crazy. Super hyper. I start singing and dancing a little. I flail my arms, twitch, and just overall bad. After turning in the paper and going back to my dorm, the stress left me, and also left me with a major crash. I was fighting to get back without collapsing. I then "defragged" as I like to call it. It's basically like defragging a hard drive, but I do it with my brain. There was a lot more flailing and I basically had to exorcise my stress. At the end of the day I made this short little vlog. Enjoy my craziness.

Today kind of sucked. What did I do, I wrote papers, ALL DAY. Ergo paper. Circuit paper. By the 5 PM I started talking to myself moreso than usual because I just went insane. But on the plus side I got to spend 4.5 hours watching short films with my film club. Well that would be a plus if there was more interesting films. A lot of them were artsy and boring. But I entered the wrong study lounge. That got some laughs. I also got one of the left over golden VHS tapes. Yay. I'll review the event later, maybe tomorrow, or after finals. Later.

4/16/14
Today was rather interesting. In circuits, sim, and OR we basically didn't do much except some review. My sim and OR professor basically ran the class for 30 minutes and then said "so there's nothing left, OK, there's not really class Friday so I will see you for final." Yeah. But then there was the ergo. Ergo we had presentations. We had to present our semester long project. Afterwards our professor gave us a bit of a hard time about how we didn't talk enough about our subject. Dude I crammed as much as I could into the 10 minute window you gave me. I cut out half the things I was going to talk about because I didn't have enough time. Then I talked to him about my grade in the class to see if I need to take the final. I think I might but I'm not sure. He gave me a bit of a hard time regarding my contribution to the project, but that only happened because my group member that talked to him first didn't show him my excel sheets. Turns out I already did what he needed me to do.
Here's an interesting thing that happened, I saw a gangsta engineer on the bus today. He was talking to a guy about him lending the guy an SD card with something on it. He was all "look dawg, when I give someone a chip, and physically put it in my boy's hand, I run the risk of nev'r seein' it again. But look, that's just one of my extra chips." He then pulls out a case that contains like 8 different formats of memory storage. "You see this, this is what I got. I have all sorts of different chips (memory cards ranging from SD to what looks like a ram card) and this here is my 3-20 (external hard drive). I never leave home without it. This has all my music and stuff on it. But it's not like my 2-tera. That's my baby...." He keeps going on about his memory storage devices, and while it may not sound like it, he really had a gangsta tone and way of carrying himself. Later.

4/15/14
Today had some major ups and downs. Stared out down, then got really up. First off, after a weekend of nice weather, we get snow. Like, millimeters of snow on the ground. We normally don't get snow mid-April. Annoying because that means I have to wear my boots, and socks, and I hate socks. Well next thing I go to the engineering campus because I was going to meet with my group before lab, but then I forgot my lab materials so I had to go all the way back to main campus, and that meant I basically lost 2 hours of possible productive time. I had my lab, worked on projects, and that was basically it. Then my one group member decides he's going to buy me dinner after doing so much with the project and basically making him not fail the class. That was nice of him. He got me a hungry Howies pizza. This is the first real food I've had in weeks, maybe months. If I have pizza for dinner in the dorm, I normally have 2 slices, and they're rather thin crust. This time, I ate more than half in one sitting and it had some thick crusts. My stomach said it was full, but the rest of me said "shut up this is the first bit of real food we've had in weeks." Well after doing some more work, I ask my group what we're all wearing tomorrow for our end of semester presentation. I said I was going to wear a polo shirt and khaki pants. One of my group members asked if I was going to wear my vest. I jokingly said "only if the entire group wears them, I have enough to go around." She said that'd be a great idea, and I'm like "OK I'll bring my spare vests then." Now I'm going to finish off the pizza. Later.

4/14/14
Today was OK. I had circuits, OR, and sim. I spent hours working on my ergo project, and I think I'm almost done. After hours of working on it and so many other data analysis projects, well... check out this picture.
I had students for life. I fixed our president's computer, because her mouse was acting all screwy. Basically I recalibrated the sensitivity of the track pad and turned off the gestures, like 2 finger scrolling and pinch to zoom. I also found out about a new event involving Atari E.T. Want my thoughts on the subject, check out my happy gamer rambles post. Later.

Today was hard. I went to church. They did the passion play. It was good. I then spent hours working on my paper and circuits homework. So much work. When I went to dinner, I started trembling because of stress. The heels of my palm are raw because I've rubbed them on my laptop so much. So much work. So ready for the semester to be over. Now I'm enjoying the temperature and fox animation domination. Later.

4/10/14
Today was good and bad. The bad was that I forgot to take my medication, so I wasn't able to really focus. This meant that I wasn't really able to do work. I did do a little 3DSSPP stuff. Also did some studying, but I really ended up taking a break, and that was nice since I really haven't had a break in weeks. I watched hulu, caught up on toonami, and joined a new video/blogging site. Don't worry, I'm not abandoning blogger. I really like blogger. But this place pays in bitcoins, so I'm going to hopefully start getting some bitcoins. You can check me out here. I'm thinking I'll end up using it for misfit blogs and another place to post my videos and pictures. Hope you enjoy. Later.

4/9/14
Today was hard. I had a test in ergonomics. That sucked, but I was generally prepared. I overslept and missed the first half of my circuits class. I had OR and sim. After doing some circuits homework, I came back to my room, I started watching Hulu, and now I still am. Later.

4/7/14
Today was, well...I don't know how to say. I turned in a paper, 2 papers actually. I worked on my ergo project. Somehow we got on the topic of creatures that swim up your urethra and kill you. I worked on reports for circuits. I went to ALD meeting and Students for Life. So ready for this semester to be over. Later.

4/6/14
Today was horrible. Church was fine, but damn, did I lose my day. So I had to work on this validation and verification report for my semester long simulation project. Now normally this is when you explain why the model meets what you expected it to be and how you know it is like you want it to be. I did that for about half of it, then I went on to explain that my professors demands for "more complexity" completely ruined the project and that this is not what we intended to make and this will not follow the actual system, and that it's all his fault. I did it in a very polite, passive aggressive way, so it doesn't come off as rude, but definitely said "this sucks, we know it sucks, and it's your fault. Our first model was great, and if we tweeked it it would have been great and useful, but it's not because you wanted us to add things that aren't in the actual system." Later.

4/3/14, I went on an adventure
Well, today was interesting. I got my allergy shot and had to do a pee-in-cup drug screening for my internship. Now for something so simple, it sure was time consuming. It's not like I could just get it done at the health center, I had to go out to get it done. I had to ride 2 different buses to get to the location that was like an hour away by bus. Then because it was raining and my umbrella is a piece of crap, it decided to finally break on me, so I walked down to the Meijer a block away. Even more time. By the time I got back to my dorm, 4 hours had passed. I wanted to study for my test tomorrow. That's not really happening. I also had my film club. I showed everyone my video. If you haven't seen it, well check it out. Later.

Oh I wish I had an April Fools day thing to tell you, but no prank to talk of. I spent all day working on a project and studying for a test. I took a nap and in the dream I was fighting an OR dragon that sounded like my OR professor. It was crazy. The only way to fight it was to know the material. After studying, I then fought the dragon. 5 minutes of hard fighting. Later.

3/31/14
Today was, well...eh. I had circuits, simulations, OR, and ergo. I worked on my ergo project. Had students for life. Yeah. This morning was weird. First I woke up with acid reflex or something, so I'm stumbling through my medicine box trying to find my tums. I round them. Well then I woke up in kind of a natural wake up sort of style, and I start panicking because I thought my alarm didn't sound. Then I noticed I still had an hour before it would go off. Then it happened again, woke up naturally, thought my alarm didn't do off and panicked, same story. Then my alarm went off and things were normal. lol. later.

3/30/14
After days like this, sometimes I wonder what I'm doing with my life. All I did was work on circuits homework. I also skyped my parents, but mostly circuits. Well soon I'll be doing something, once the semester ends. Later.

3/30/14
Today was bleh. Nothing but homework. I got up, ate breakfast, met with my group for a project, worked on circuits homework and reports, and still have a fair amount left to do. Well at least I have my toonami friends. Later.

3/27/14, Lets Film a Short
Today was basically "lets film a movie" day. I filmed my engineering short. It was fun. I shot part of it at 12:30 and the other part at 6. I had a great group for the 6PM shot. They all had great chemistry. I'll post it once I get it edited, which will probably be this weekend. It was kind of funny, I was originally gonna have like 8 people working on the big scene, but I only had 5 people do it. Well lucky for me, I had enough safety vests for everyone. I did some circuits homework and some ergonomics homework. I had my film club meeting. Later.

3/27/14
Today, well annoying. I could go into too much detail about my morning, but I'll spare the detail. I had circuits, simulations, OR, and ergo. In simulations and OR I had a quiz in each class. I'm not to confident in simulations, mainly because I spent half the time trying to get the damn thing to work. I'm not a fan of simulations. But I did much better in OR. It wasn't easy at first, but then I got myself in the OR mindset and it was super easy. I went over it like 4 times because I did it in like 15 minutes, and we were given 50 minutes to do it. I was still the first one done. After the quiz I talked to some of my actors for my short film project. Making sure that I could get the time and scheduling right. I spent a lot of running around trying to get a camera man, and that was difficult. I was able to borrow one from a friend. I picked it up after I saw Frozen again. My college does these $1 movies about once a month, and this months movie was Frozen. It was fun watching it with an auditorium full of college students, because they react at movies. Really fun. Well the movie got out at 10:30, so I walk over to my friend's apartment to pick up the camera. I haven't been to his apartment complex, but I kind of ride past it everyday on the bus. As I'm walking through campus, alone, at night, with the kind of dim street lamps, I just kept thinking "this is how I get mugged." Well after getting a little turned around, I get to his building in the complex, get the camera, and head back to my dorm. As I have the camera around my shoulder, now I'm thinking of it as a videogame; objective acquired, new mission, get the camera back to home base safely. I did. Later.

3/24/13
Today was meh. I had my circuits, operations, simulations, and ergo class. We were going to have quizzes in operations and simulations, but they were pushed to Wednesday, as was his plan. I had students for life, and we went chalking. That was cool. Now I'm watching some Hulu. Later.

3/22/14
Today, well rather boring. Worked on circuits homework, really tried to study op research, effectiveness yet to be determined, and did laundry. I had a lot of clothes and had to wash a towel, so my clothes aren't completely dry. Oh well. I played some videogames. Later.

3/19/14
Today was good. I had my classes, and while my simulations professor lecturing us on motivation, again, wasn't good, I got to meet Congressman Fred Uptan, and he bought everyone pizza. Oh it was great. Oh yeah, had circuits, op research, and ergo as well. I also filled out a March Madness bracket. I don't know sports, so what did I do? "Hmmm, I've heard of that school, this school loaded faster than the other guy, I like their name." Yeah, very sophisticated. If I don't do sports, why fill it out? One billion dollars. If I win 1 billion dollars for spending 15 minutes filling out some bracket, yay. I'll get like all sorts of interviews, asking me how I was able to chose the perfect bracket, and all sorts of things like that. "Well...I recognized their name, I like their name, their team loaded faster than their opponents." Later.

3/15/14
Today was really good. I went "trophy shopping" with the president of my film club. Our film club is hosting a film festival and we're going to give out awards. Originally, we were going to give out actual trophies and plaques. Then when we were talking about how it would be like really expensive to get actual trophies, like $20 each, I pitched the idea of "how about we get VHS tapes, paint them gold, and write the winner's name on it with masking tape and permanent marker?" The group loved the idea, so we went down to the local Good Will and bought 9 VHS movies, 11 tapes in all since Titanic and Gone with the Wind were 2 tapes each. We then went to Hobby Lobby and bought some gold color paint. In total, it was about 12 dollars. Much better than $180. Now we just need to paint them. That'll be next weeks meeting. I took some behind the scenes footage, like normal. After trophy shopping, I did operations homework, ergo lab write up, and some of my circuits lab write up. Since operations was basically doing math homework, it was just like back in freshman year. Unlike so many times doing homework, my brain kind of "overheats," but after "defragging" it yesterday, I felt great. No "overheating." I watched Juno after doing my homework. It's a really bad movie. At first I was to caught up in the fact that Ellie got pregnant with Scott Pilgrim's baby with no signs of the infected or cannibals, but then the movie began just being bad. The writing was terrible, the acting was bad, the story and plot do not make for good fiction. So glad I have toonami now. Later.

3/14/14
Happy Pi day. I had circuits, operations, and simulations. I talked to my professor about a project, and as it turns out, we have a lot of work to do. Great. I went played pokemon in my league. That was fun. I "defragged" my brain. It's been so long since I did that, I was finding "useless files" from the beginning of the semester. Later.

3/13/14
So today was interesting. I did some measurements for a project. Only took about 30 minutes, and it was 10 minutes to the place, and 10 minutes back, so only 10 minutes of real work. I ended up doing all my work and finishing early and then I was wondering what to do with my time. I ended up scheduling for my classes. Still had a fair amount of free time. I ended up catching up on toonami. Had my film club. I told people about the state of my project, talked about the website, and after the main meeting, held a web design meeting. For the guys that stayed around for the web design meeting, I showed them my parody of the pokemon theme. Kind of funny thing, firefox is acting weird, so now I'm using explorer. Later.
