6/30/18, New Plans

I realized I missed making these short blogs about my day, so I'm going to start doing it for days I have off; so weekends, holidays, and "use it or lose it" vacation Fridays at the end of the year. So what did I do today? I vacuumed my bedroom, because I haven't done that since moving in 7 months ago, because I bought a place and moved out back in January. I also set-up my spongebob coin pusher cards in my pot-o-silver coin pusher cabinet, because I have a pot-o-silver coin pusher arcade cabinet in my living room. Yeah a lot has happened in my life. I worked on binging the videos that are about to expire in hulu and crackle queues, because it's the end of the month, and the videos are about to expire. Oh and I also got a hair cut. Because I'm going bald, I have them trim down the sides and make what little hair I have left up top adjusted to blend in with the sides. It's kind of a comb-over, but since I have hair up top I just sort of grow it out and cut down the sides to give the illusion of fuller head of hair. I also went to the gamestop next to the barber to look around, and picked-up a classic controller for the Wii. Now I'll be able to play the wii virtual console games I have on my wii u and Project M on my "hack it wii" better (speaking of, I need to install home brew on my "hack it wii"). Later.

4/28/17

Today was fun after work. My old high school was doing a tin can raffle and I decided to go. I make real money, and even though I don't care for sports, I know it's important to many kids so I'll support them; plus I will probably run into teachers and faculty, and I might win something. I did run into some teachers and my old principal, so that was cool. I also ran into some alumni which was unexpected. I started with $10 in quarter tickets, and just put them in some of the items I would like (wine package, gift cards, simple things I could use). Then I saw it, the NES classic. They had it in the quarter section. I stuffed that bucket with $20 worth of quarter tickets. I estimate I had a 15% chance of winning a $250 NES classic for $20. That would have been crazy. Unfortunately I didn't win, so I hope they enjoyed the donation I made. Later.

4/17/17 My Day Off

So because I have great holidays, I had today off. Since I had the day to myself, I uploaded all the last man on earth and the mick logs I had that needed uploading. I also filmed a review of Norm of the North. I might make that this week's Pokematic video, or my podcast review of Scar-jo's Ghost in the Shell, a movie I saw today. Later.

Today was fun. I went to church like I do every Sunday, and then I went to see Spirited Away the 15th Anniversary screening with Fathom Events. I love Spirited Away, it's one of my favorite Studio Ghibli movie, and to see it in theaters was great. Next month there's a screening of Princes Mononoke, and I haven't seen it. I look forward to that. Later.

10/31/16 Happy Halloween

I had a fun Halloween everyone. On Friday I was "the highly visible man," at work. It's professional like, but still festive.

That was a fun day at work. Now on Halloween I gave out candy as an oddish.

A couple of older kids held out their bags without saying anything. I refused to give them candy unless they said "Trick or Treat." I had a couple of kids recognize the costume. Yay. My neighbor was Luke Skywalker, but he didn't have a blue light scaber so he used a red light scaber. I said he must be a parallel universe version of Luke where in Episode 5 he joins his dad and becomes a Sith lord. He liked that explanation. Later.

10/20/2016 still alive

Yeah it's been a while since I posted here. Sorry, full time job stuff is confidential. I can say this, I had to go in 3.5 hours early today (3:30 AM), and I got 4 hours of sleep the previous night because I couldn't fall asleep. I was tired, but also caffeinated, so it canceled out in a strange way. When I took my lunch at 7:15 AM, I was doing a tai chi sort of thing to concentrate my ki to keep me awake, it did. I hit a point where I just kept smiling. One of my co-workers said I looked really happy. I replied with "I'm not happy, I'm crazy. The madness is setting in. *crazy laugh.* I've been here since 3:30. *hahahahaha.*" I did do all the work I needed to do though. It was weird getting home when I did. Hopefully I can fall asleep tonight at a reasonable time so I can wake up at 2:15. Later.

Today was fun. I went to church, did another video tape, played some videogames, and watched some TV while surfing the web. Later.
